Our textures are marble-based and not sand-based products which makes them rust-resitant. Our products are formulated using the latest chemical technology and the finest raw materials available. Applied to external surfaces, our products will provide years of protection from the harshest climatic conditions.
This product is a substitute for a standard cement render and if any brick wall needs rendering, this is the product to use. It is suitable for every application, whether it is on a commercial or domestic property. It is the first step in the rendering process and is used for leveling the brick surface. It is the preliminary coat to be used prior to texture coating and is suitable for all masonry substrates.
Polymer render is a jointing compound designed specifically for use on green or blue, fibro-cement sheeting. It is designed to joint and skim-coat the surface of entire sheets. In the building industry, lightweight construction moves around, swelling and contracting as weather conditions change. Because adhesion is a key factor, the glue/binders in the polymer render give superlative adhesion and flexibility, also suitable for a key coat on painted surfaces.
After the Dry mix render coat has been allowed to cure for between 7-10 days, the Trowel-On Texture coat which is the finishing coat is applied. This is a marble-based product which is superior to sand-based products because it has very little, if any, iron content and therefore provides a rust-free environment. Manufactured in white, "Elegance" Trowel-On Textures can be tinted to any available colour on request. Available in 15 litre pails, Trowel-On Textures can be applied straight from the pail.
The Roll-on textures are designed for the same applications as the Trowel-on textures, but with the painter, rather than the plasterer in mind. Painters like to use this product because it gives a similar look to the Trowel-on textures, but you don't need the skills of an experienced plasterer. Roll-on textures have the same characteristics and work in the same way as Trowel-on textures, however they result in a slightly different surface appearance. This product is also available in 15 litre pails and can be computer-tinted to any colour of choice.
A Primer is a coating that is specifically designed to unify the substrate porosity and enhance the adhesion properties of the Texture Coating. It is applied as an intermediate coat between the render and the Trowel-On or Roll-On Texture Coating. Its use is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended. If it's not used, it doesn't mean the final result will be inferior. However if it is used, you can be assured of a quality result.
The Membrane is a versatile product able to be applied by roller or spray, to provide excellent flexibility, durability and dirt resistance; a final step that finishes and seals the system. It will give the rendering process longevity and superior performance. Using a membrane exhibits extremely good abrasion and impact resistance, ensures longer life for your rendering process. This product is also available in 15 litre pails and can be computer-tinted to any colour of choice.
